CODC has two main tasks: we organize cultural events on campus in all disciplines (think: music, theatre, film, literature, exhibitions) and we represent the cultural associations on campus as an umbrella association.
The CODC board consists of seven board members. Four of these are primarily involved in the programming and setting up of events (the programming coordinator, production coordinator, PR coordinator and treasurer) and three focus mainly on the representation and support of cultural member associations (the chairman, secretary and political representative).
In addition, there are three committees that also deal with programming. The programming committee, together with the board members, devises and sets up programming concepts for events, the production committee ensures that the events progress well by, among other things, arranging the technology and the location. The PR Committee ensures that the events are properly promoted.
In this way CODC ensures that there is and will remain a broad and diverse cultural offer on campus.
